TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT! THE CHOICE IS OURS

Believe this or not, we make trillions of choices each day of our lives. At night when we are asleep we make choices in our subconscious world. Somehow, we are reaching an era when we can remember our dreams and use this information to guide our daily choices for healthier results.

Medication, however, can disrupt this process. Medicine can block out fear and pain which may teach us past mistakes. Drugs can cause weird alignments of information. Medication can free us of unpleasant thoughts and anxieties. We are finding out that we can get effective results by learning self management, without the side effects of being drugged.   When we are not in charge of our thoughts and actions, the opportunity for others to control our thoughts and actions takes over. We can take it or leave it; it's our choice.

My own personal process is to remember where I have been, learn where present society is taking me with its plethora of conflicting rules and regulations. I then design a pattern that seems effective for me in my present circumstances, I also look for a beneficial affirming environment. We choose collaborations for the good of those around us.

I believe a balanced education is the antidote to an overwhelming set of choices. This creates win-win situations and solutions. A set of questions that may guide us are these:

How do you see yourself?

How do you see others?

What changes will improve your life?

How do you get them?

Is this worth sharing with others?

Can we co-create a kinder world?

What coalition can we create to tackle this process?
