Why Is Herschel Walker Allowed In
|

|
Why would whatever feraration allow a 48 year old man (Herschel Junior Walker) to go into a sport as dangerous as mixed martial artist ? Yes, he made short work of Scott Carson, but Walker has a mental problem, so why would he be allowed to risk his life and whatever mindset he has left to go up against men half his age with no imparted mental problems? Would you not see this as a disability problem? It is true, he is mightily built, but that is no reason to allow him into a sport that is as dangerous as Mixed-marital arts. Walker has a personality disorder described as a relatively rare mental condition where a person has two or more distinct personalities. The disorder has been dismissed by some in the medical field. Who knows what brutal sports as mixed martial arts will do to exaggerate such a condition? Is this sport or simply madness? Aren’t the times of the gladiators over? Or should they not be over?
