Frank A. Jones was educated at SF City College, U.C. Berkeley, University of San Francisco, and The Union Institute and University, Cincinnati, Ohio.  He took his BA, MA, and PhD degrees. He is publisher of Gibbsmagazine.com and Mirror-Gibbs Publications, a small press-publishing house; and he has written several books of poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and essays.
