Big News: Blacks and Hispanics are Still Abused More by White Cops!

A Justice Department study  in 2005 that was just released Sunday found the following:  Black and whites are pulled over in car by police at equal rates, but police use force more often against Blacks, Hispanics. Furthermore police more likely to search and arrest blacks, Hispanics than they are whites; Blacks have long complained about treatment driving while black. All is well for the republic, this "new" report still echoes the findings of the 2002 report.

This study, released Sunday by the department's Bureau of Justice Statistics, covered police contacts with the public during 2005, and was based on interviews by the Census Bureau with nearly 64,000 people age 16 or over.

Of course, this report breaks no new ground; it merely indicates that whites will only accept what they say about a situation--that too is breaking no new ground. Blacks have been saying this study's truth for more years than we care to recall. It is one of our complaints against America.

Martin Luther Kings, Jr., and all who would break away from the blinding "American rah rah perspective" and carefully examine what is said and what is actually being done in this system of "justice" would conclude the same thing,  i.e., systems of aggression have been set up against Black people in this nation. The only persons confused about that truth are Ward Connerly, his white conservative benefactors, and those Americans who desperately want to think of this nation as good that they are unwilling to see its bad aspects.

Still many Americans are so afraid that Black citizens may somehow get a leg up by affirmative action (that only partially balances the White Privilege that is so ubiquitous that it is invisible to whites as it continues to advantage whites and disadvantage Blacks) that they are constantly conducting studies, conducting polls, and assessing to see whether all things remain unjust as they have been.

And from time to time these meaningless studies are conducted to see whether whites still have the high ground, whether they are still doing the same things, and whether Blacks are seeing the same effects.

Beside showing the above effects, this "study" by the Justice Department Bureau of Statistics also shows that white discrimination and brutality against Black and Hispanic people seem to be limitless. And white cops keep doing what they do and the justice Department keeps studying what they are doing to see that they are still holding up their end! The republic is safe!
