Frank A. Jones was educated at SF City College, UC Berkeley, Mc George Law School, U.S.F., and The Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He holds several degrees: Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate of Philosophy degrees. His degrees are in English, Delinquency Management, Public Administration, Educational Psychology. He is also trained in Urban Planning. He is publisher of www.gibbsmagazine.com and Mirror-Gibbs Publications, a small press-publishing house. He has written several books: poetry, a novel, collections of social essays, and some religious discussions. Frank has held many positions: from the Administrative head of Juvenile Court, the CEO of a number of large nonprofits, to a Criminal Justice Planner in a regional planning agency. He has been a consultant to the Dept of Labor, Dept. of Veterans Affairs, and the State of California. He has taught at five community colleges and administered two treatment centers for delinquent and abused boys. He sits on a number of boards and advisory commissions and committees.
